At Ovum, Graham has produced several research reports advising clients on their strategy relating to information security, identity management, technical compliance, risk management, and business continuity. He has also advised enterprise, government, vendor, and service provider clients on their strategies for exploiting market opportunities and developing their business. He has presented Ovum’s research at several events and is frequently quoted in the press. Before focusing on information security, Graham specialized in software testing and software quality assurance, providing in-depth evaluations of products in this area.

Graham has 33 years experience in the IT industry. He has performed a wide range of roles in the delivery of systems for the telecommunications, defense, and electricity supply industries. He has assessed real-time systems prior to deployment in the aerospace and nuclear industries. He has also contributed to pan-European research initiatives in software engineering methodology. Graham is a Chartered Engineer, a Chartered IT Professional, and a member of the BCS.
